Yoga postures, meditation, and breath techniques help open up and balance all the energy centers of our body. The aim of the postures is to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony and equilibrium (balance). It is obvious if one of these is ‘off’ we will be ‘off’. This flow of energy helps transport
nutrition to be converted into energy.
Everyone will be given a handout with the posture sequence for a home practice if so desired.
There will be herbal teas and high antioxidant dark chocolate as well as essential oil sprays and healing sound music!!!
