Start your morning off right by reconnecting with yourself and leave your mat transformed. Class begins with a moderate flow designed to building up heat often through Sun Salutations, enhance body awareness, develop better posture, and improve core strength. Half way in we will transition to deep stretching and restorative postures to encourage increased flexibility and promote calming of the nervous system. This class provides a unique combination of strong, flowing movement with rest and relaxation for a truly balanced class experience.
