Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is already a lovely practice. It is the practice of turning the fight-or-flight switch off and allows you to turn on the relaxation response, which allows your body and mind the time necessarily needed to integrate, heal, and slow the aging process.
All that is required of you in Yoga Nidra is to lay back and be guided through every layer of your being including physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers (the 5 Koshas).
This month we will allow the hammock to cocoon your body as you are guided to a state of relaxation and healing.
This class will be open to all levels, however, there are only 12 spots available!
