You’ll be guided in simple, memorable mindfulness practices that engage body awareness. A transition into an Amrit Yoga practice will deepen the physiological experience of mindfulness integration with yoga. These practices introduce body awareness as the pathto move from unmindful to mindful states of being, ultimately enriching your life experience just as it is.
