For the month of June, join us for this 2-hour workshop that will provide an in-depth overview of the foundations of good nutrition, an interesting historical perspective, a summary of the most popular diets, the latest recommendations for the updated U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Adults, strategies for improving your personal nutrition, and practical tips on how to plan and prepare your meals to save you time and money.

This class will include a handout of printedd materials as well as a program guide with recipes included to help you slim down for the summer!
