Have you heard of Aerial Yoga or this thing called a Yoga Swing?
If you have and are wondering about it, then this is the class for you!
In this class, you will learn the basics of how to use the aerial silks to gain strength and length throughout your entire body.
We will cover how to hold the silk, how to maintain proper shoulder integrity for all postures, strength training, and decompression.
Once we cover the basics, you will learn how to move in and out of the silk for many different poses.
These include, but are not limited to downward dog, handstand, bridge, plank, and warrior II.
Your feet will be on the ground for some postures, and others you will be airborne. Come ready to play and enjoy your flight!
Cost: $35 includes workshop and 1 scheduled aerial class with the instructor of your choice.
