In this class, students will explore what it means to find healthy, strong, empowering postures while experiencing moments of fluidity and ease. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students whether you have some or no experience with yoga. The instructor will offer modifications for beginners as well as more challenging poses for advanced students.
