Johanna is a certified instructor of Amrit Yoga and registered with Yoga Alliance. Often referred to as “meditation in motion,” Amrit Yoga combines the conditioning of the body with bringing the mind back to its natural, peaceful state. Johanna is certified in the Usui System of Reiki and trained in the Mindful Schools curriculum for mindfulness practice. Her training influences yoga instruction to enhance healing and self-awareness for the most optimum benefits of yoga.
