Yoga has been a part of my life since 2004 after my deployment to Iraq.  My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment mindfully and with a full heart.

I completed my 500-hour registered yoga training with YogaFit, Inc. My training focuses on restorative, pranayama, Ayurveda and many diverse specialty training certifications.  I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the knowledge that my teachers have shared with me over the years.

My classes consist of a three-mountain format of warm-up, work, then cool down poses with creative sequencing focusing on core strength, improving balance and checking in with your breath and body.

I seek to help others thrive in their practice by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
